Hello Everyone!!! 

Ok so this is my 3rd journal and it's for DVD reviews. Maybe CD reviews too, but I haven't decided that yet. 

I decided to start a review for JE (mostly KAT-TUN, NEWS, and Arashi  Concert DVDS. And I mean DVDs since I haven't gone to a JE concert yet (except Jin ^_^). I'm sorry how I will mostly focus on KAT-TUN, NEWS, and Arashi. I just like them the best, but I will watch other concerts if you want me to. I hope you all enjoy!!!

 Jin Akanishi Yellow Gold Tour 3011 REVIEW

Ok so first of all yay!!! Congrats Jin on your DVD! I am so happy that I have my DVD and that Jin’s dancers are awesome people. I’m happy that he has so many fans that support him and his dancers. This is just the beginning to his solo career and I know that there are more amazing things to come.

If you disagree with something I said then don’t be afraid to tell me. Just don’t go bashing him or his dancers or me. Just tell me why you think something is awesome when I thought it wasn’t (if that happens).

And if I don’t comment much on something then feel free to tell me what you love about it and I may post it. (with your permission of course)

Overture
For me this is the talking part. Ok I laughed at this not because of what he was saying. I think he was giving out a good message on how he feels, but for me it was the rhyming thing. Some of them were just silly and that’s why. Again not laughing at the message, just some of the words he used. And the music was sweet, I like the remix of his songs together. Anyone else with me on this?


Yellow Gold (remix)
Hmm….at first when I heard this I totally hated it. Honestly I kind of thought that he ruined his own song (which is never good), but when I saw it then I guess it was ok. Outfits were cool, but other then that…I could have done with out.

 
Christmas Morning
At first I didn’t totally like it, but hey…I can’t hate it now XD When I saw him in Chicago then I liked it so much more. Although the dancer with the mask on…ugh that’s just scary. Well to me anyways. I like him opening up with this song because he immediately starts you out with the futuristic feeling. After all we are supposed to be in “3011” XD

 
Magnitude
First time hearing this!! I know shame on me cuz I know there are youtube videos of this song along with other of his new songs. Love how he tries to get the audience into it more. I’m sure I would be dancing to the beat. And I kind of wonder what he is drinking. And I like the glow up things towards the end of the song. I think it worked along with the screen in the background. That was cool.

 
Bass Go Boom
“C.L.A.P” I totally love this song. I love how it has such an awesome beat and that it makes you want to just get up and dance. I wish I could learn the dance moves to this song. That would be awesome! (Aubree!! Come teach me!! Wait….no Jin!! You teach me!!) haha XD After hearing this song, I so want to go to another Jin concert soon!

 
I.N.P
Ok I love this song as well. This is probably my favorite song. I just want to dance (with Jin) to this song. I could see this song being played in a club. This is one of those songs that make you wish you were in the Jin crew XD ok well for me it is. Oh and yay for Aubree. First of all jealous that she gets Jin’s hips up close and second…love how she looks fierce XD

 
Oowah
This song it cute! Loved it when I saw it in Chicago and still love it! Haha Lizzy acts cute yet kinda sexy at the same time. (and no offense to her, but she looks older than I remember) Aubree is cute “with a peace sign”. I’m not really sure what else to say about this song, but the main point is that I like it. Oh and btw...I absoutly love the pic above of Jin smiling :) That just makes me fall for him even more.

 
Body Talk
Sorry, but I’m not so crazy about this song. Although I love his voice in this song. Even if I just listen to the song it sounds hot XD Maybe I would like it better w/o the dancing


care
This is a good song. I won’t lie about that. I just didn’t totally like how it came out on the DVD.


ムラサキ
This isn’t one of my favorite songs, but it wasn’t bad.

 
A Page
Ok I am kinda getting sick of this song. Please don’t get me wrong. I love it, but I have been hearing this song too many times. Once I stop listening to it for a bit, then things will be fine. I will love it again.

 
LOVEJUICE
“I can taste the sweet love juice” omg this song is addictive. I don’t care that it came out in ’08. I still love it love it LOVE IT!!! Although it is kinda dirty XD haha and his dancing skills are awesome. *sigh* wish I was a dancer for this song. BTW Aubree looks awesome! Not so sweet anymore :P


Paparats
Don’t really like this song. It is a different sound and I think that’s good, but still not a fan of this song. Sorry.


Hey Girl
Not sure what to think of this song. I like how Ryo Nishikido played a part in this song :) It’s…interesting. It sure is catchy, but what exactly is the point of this song?
I mean really.

Pin Dom
I am in love with this song. At first I kinda thought this was a weird-ish song, cuz the title totally reminded me of Yamapi. After all Yamapi and Jin together is Pin XD Anyways this song is the shit. I wanna dance to this all night long and I wanna hear it in a club!! I can’t wait until Jin comes out with a CD.

 
WONDER
Still waiting for the moment he will perform this with CK. Ok don’t think it will happen, but that would be awesome. At first I was like “omg he is singing with her? Grr jealous”, but now I’m like “yea! Get up and dance. Woot!” XD


The Fifth Season
This song is great. I love how his voice sounds in this song. “It’s overflowing” omg right now I’m overflowing with love for you Jin!


Yellow Gold
I love singing to this song. Every time I hear it I wish I was at Jin’s concert!!! I love hearing him sing it live. Jin! Can’t wait until your next concert!

 
My MP3
This song is cool. I love the dance to it. I learned the chorus part, but now I totally forgot it. Kinda bummed about that. I felt like part of the crew XD haha jk.


Tipsy Love
I love this song so much!!!

I also like how this is a great way to end a concert. Everyone says how much we love Jin XD haha us Jin fans are one big happy family (well at least I hope so)

I love this song. It’s so amazing. I’m not sure how else I can describe it. It’s just simply amazing.

It sounds awesome!!! so if you have it or knows some who has it or is willing to make it then let me know!!! i would love you forever XD haha well I would be very grateful. 

 

I know this is late, considering that I was supposed to have this done months ago, but now I have finally finished watching the concert! Haha I watched the first disc, but it took me a while to get to the second disc. Anyways I finished watching it and now just finished writing the review.

Oh and I now decided to do some CD reviews for KAT-TUN, NEWS and Arashi. I will mostly do KAT-TUN, but I will try to keep up with the others. I will start from the beginning and work up until the present.

Oh and please don’t be mad with me, but I’m not a total huge Arashi fan, but I do like them :) Just warning you and I may use some nicknames, but I don’t know all of the member’s nicknames. Please enjoy!

NOTE: I don’t really know all of their songs. I mostly heard their main ones, so please don’t get mad if I say this is the first time hearing the song.

And if I say I don’t like a song then be free to prove me wrong. You can tell my why I should like it and what you think is special about that song.

And if I get any names mixed up then sorry!!! It’s mostly Sho Sakurai and
Masaki Aiba that I get mixed up. Gomen to any fans!!

ディスク1

Overture 

Haha of course they show the members. I kind of like the way they did it. Their entrance was cool. There isn’t much to say about this, but I thought I would include it anyways.

Movin'on
Love the song. Simple choreography, which is nice. Haha and because I am a slight Jun fan I kind of like his hair XD I thought this was a good opener. Nothing really big, but nothing too slow. Just simple and classy, which shows they know what they are doing (please don’t take this as a diss to other JE groups).


揺らせ、今を 

I know I have heard this song a couple of times, but honestly it’s not my favorite song. Not saying it’s bad, but just middle for me. It did get the crowd going and I’m sure if I were actually there then I would probably say something different. They got the crowd into it

Troublemaker 

OMG love this song!! Honestly this song got me going more than the other song. I totally love the dance to this song and so want to learn it and love singing along to it. I wish there was more to say about this song, but I think it does a good job explaining itself.

Happiness
Honestly I have never heard this song fully through. The jrs kind of surprised me cause I looked away from the screen and was like “woah where did they come from?” This song brings a smile to my face and totally makes me love the group even more. Doesn’t it make you want to get up on stage and jump around with them?


Attack it!
Every time I hear this song I just want to put in on repeat. I always tell myself that I am going to get this song, but never do. (shame ><) This song would have my jumping around all over the place. During their talk I only understood a little, but I just totally loved Nino. いらっしゃいませ〜！Ohno made me smile as well. “Hi~!” haha so cute.


Everything
Not totally sure what to say for this song, but I do like it. It’s a nice break from the other stuff and it makes you want to clap with the beat. (sorry how nothing else really comes to mind)

1992*4##111
OMG I THINK I’M IN LOVE!!!! Nino seriously you’re going to kill me. Honestly he may not have the best vocals, but this song totally works for him. I kind of wish that there was a small dance break for him to dance, but that’s ok. The balloons were cute along with the heart. Love you Nino!

ROCK YOU
I don’t think I have ever been a fan of this song. I do like their outfits though. If someone can prove me wrong about this song then I would like to hear it.


きっと大丈夫
Cute. Just plain cute. Ok not plain, but ARASHI cute. This is one of those songs that make me want to go over to Japan even more just so I can hear this song live.


ハダシの未来
I think I should look up the translation to this song, but I don’t really have a clue what they are singing. I do like the song and love doing the hand movements. The images in the background were a little weird, but maybe it fits the song. Like how I say the instrument people clapping along when they weren’t playing.


A Day in Our Life
Not totally hot on hearing the same little rap part again and again in the beginning, but that’s ok. Haha Ohno kissed Jun XD and I love how it Jun got a burst of energy. One thing I like about this song is how there is a rap part, but at the same time there is a melody going on. The melody isn’t too complicated which makes it nice to listen to.


Summer Splash!
This is the first time I have heard this song and it’s not that bad. The first time they went into the crowd on their rolly things and personally I would have liked it better if it was a different song, but that’s ok. Liked the water effects that they used. They really seemed to get into this song and were acting like their cute Arashi self. Oh and it was cool how they got water to spray in the audience. It must have felt refreshing to the members, but if I was there I would have been happy, but then mad that I got wet. (Haha I care about my hair XD)


静かな夜に
Not going to lie, but the tune reminded me of Justin Timberlake’s cry me a river and maybe that’s why I didn’t like it as much. That was more towards the beginning though. Towards the middle of the song I stopped hearing the similarities, but it still made a difference to me. His dancing skills are great and it makes it a great song to dance to.


むかえに行くよ
Not really a fan of this song. Why? I think it’s because it was a slow song. I never really like slow songs. I’m sure if I give this song a chance then maybe it will rub off on me. And I’m sorry to bring them up, but the orange just reminds me of RESCUE (please remember that I am more of a KT fan than them so sorry to bring them up to you fellow Arashi fans). And what was with the robot thing in the background? Maybe if I look up the translation then I would figure it out, but as of now it doesn’t really make sense.


Season
The songs had a great beat, which may be the reason why I like this song more than the previous one. It still wasn’t one of my favorites though. To me it felt a little weird. Maybe that’s because I feel like it could be an ending song and it just seemed out of place.


Hero
I love singing along to this song. This is an example…I didn’t like thing song at first, but the more I listened to it then I liked it more.


T.A.B.O.O
Sorry, but Sho (it is sho right?) isn’t someone who can pull off the kissing sound thing. Sorry >< I do like his outfit though. I do like this song very much. It’s so catchy and now I want to learn the dance. Sorry for language for those who don’t like it, but you got to admit that this is badass!! Fucking awesome! This is a song is the shit and I want it on repeat on my itouch.


Let me down 

Pretty cool song. Dance break was cool. I wish I had more to say about this song, but basically I liked it.

Kagero 

I haven’t heard this song before. I like how it isn’t really fast, but still fast enough to dance to. I’m sure if I listen to the song more I will like it. I know the first time I watched the DVD I skipped this song, but now that I have watched it like….3 times now I do like it.

Oh Yeah! 

I have probably listened to this song about 4 times fully through and I like seeing it live better. Maybe it’s because the live makes me get into the song more. I would have liked to see Arashi dance instead of the jrs, but the jrs need some attention too.

Lucky Man 

I love how this has a boogie woogie feel to it. I swear it brings me back in time or something. I feel like if I were to dance to this, I could probably add in a disco move. That’s why I like it though. “When I say Lucky you say man!” haha I totally did that XD

One Love 

Just to put it simple, how can you not like this song? Not only is the song in one of my favorite dramas, but I just love the overall sound of it.

Hmm…for some reason this wasn’t on the DVD I downloaded (buying the DVD later. I need money first ><)

リフレイン 

I really liked the beat to this song. It was nice and simple.

ギフト
After listening to the song and looking up some translations, I thought this was a really great song. It has such a powerful message and that’s what I like about the song. It’s songs like this that made me love Japanese music and now I love it even more. ありがとう嵐！


マイガール 

Hmm….it was a nice song. I kinda feel like I should say more, but nothing really comes to mind. I will watch it again later and see if there is something I can add.

Come back to me 

Haha omg. The little game thing before was cute. It made me smile XD Although I do have to say that this is one interesting song. Don’t totally like his outfit, but I guess it fits the song. It’s weird because I kinda like it and I kinda don’t. Hmm…maybe I need to listen to it more.

Magical Song
Wow those glasses were awesome!! Haha those always make me laugh. I like how the atmosphere changed from a futuristic song to a total goofy dance song. Seeing his jacket and pants light up was pretty sweet. (runs off to steal it XD) overall…I liked it. Totally made me smile. I mean “It's a magical song~ yeah!”


PIKA★★NCHI DOUBLE 

Yes! I like this song. I can’t really explain why I like it, but that’s ok.

Love so sweet 

Yay!!! I was so happy when I heard this song! I love it so much. It was the song that got me into Arashi in the first place so how can I not love it?? XD I want to see them perform this song so bad!!! But first…I actually got to get to Japan.

言葉より大切なもの 

I don’t think I have been a really big fan of this song. However, there was something about this performance that made me like it a little more.

Believe 

Kinda wish they did more than walk around, but that’s ok. Still like this song!!


サーカス 

Ok so first of all…AHH!!! Clowns totally scare me :( and second…I wish I could walk upside down :P Although I’m sure I would be scared if I tried to do that. Oh now about the song…maybe I didn’t enjoy it that much because of the circus theme. Although I do like the song by itself. Just not so hot for the performance.


Re(mix)able-dance 

Awesome! I love it when there is a dance section. And I must say it was pretty sweet and now I so wanna learn the dance. Haha although if I try then it could take a while.

Monster 

Ok I got into this song around new years. I don’t remember when it came out, but I’m sure it was before then. Never really gave the song a chance back then, but now I really like it. I liked the fireworks coming out during the song. That was seriously awesome.

To be free 

I’m pretty sure that I haven’t heard this song before. My first thoughts are that it has a good beat. I like any song with a good beat and I’m sure if I listen to this song more I may like it.

空高く 

Yes!! Loved the balloons at the beginning! This song is great. It brings a smile to face and I love singing along with it. Surprisingly I learned the whole song in 3 days and now can sing to it whenever! Yay! It was a great way to end a concert. Who else likes this song?

This is a cute song. To me it’s one of those songs where you don’t want it to end. You want the energy to stay and party all night long :P I wanna get on stage and jump around with them. And maybe steal their cute shirts while I’m at it XD haha

I was wondering when they were gonna sing this song. I like this song a lot and by the reaction by the fans I can tell that they love this song as well. All I can do now I just sit back and enjoy the song.

Yay! It’s time to jump around again. Haha I love songs like this. No wonder they save good songs like this for the end. Haha although if I was on the stage I’m sure I would be running around non stop XD

The first time I really likes this song was during their 5x10 concert. I liked how it was the beginning then and I love how this is in the ending here.

Honestly not too big on this song, but it is a nice song. It is a great way to end a great concert.
